By accessing or using Spoken Bride or downloading any material from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this website. If you do not accept the agreement, please exit this website immediately and abstain from any future access. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason without notice. Usage of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms herein.

All content contained in and all products sold in the Spoken Bride Shop are the intellectual property of Spoken Bride, LLC. As such, any such content and/or products are provided to you for individual use and as a single-use license. No license to sell or otherwise distribute Spoken Bride’s intellectual property is expressed or implied. Digital PDF downloads are paid products. The sharing, posting online or distribution of paid products in any way is forbidden and against the Terms of service posted herein. By utilizing the content and/or purchasing the products contained in the Spoken Bride Shop, you expressly agree not to infringe on or otherwise violate Spoken Bride’s intellectual property.

The content and products available on Spoken Bride are provided for educational and practical purposes. By utilizing the content and/or purchasing the products in the Spoken Bride Shop, you expressly agree that you are responsible for your progress and results, and understand that the results experienced by each consumer may vary. Spoken Bride will make every effort to provide clear instructions--intended to produce ideal results--for utilizing downloads, printables, planning resources, and all other products.

Return Policies

Given the nature of instant downloads, digital product sales are final and non-returnable.
Physical products may be returned within 4 weeks of purchase in unused, original condition. Please contact us at shop@spokenbride.com within seven (7) days of receiving your product for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned unworn and/or unused, and may be sent to Spoken Bride LLC, PO Box 972, Rockville, MD 20848, USA.

Damaged items

Please send photos of the damage to shop@spokenbride.com within 4 weeks of purchase. Spoken Bride will contact you about sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are processed within one week of purchase, and shipped within 3-5 business days after processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How can I track my order?

Orders are shipped through the USPS, which provides a tracking number for your order.

Can I purchase this order as a gift for someone else?

Yes! We love seeing women support and affirm women. To purchase your order as a gift, check the “This order is a gift” box at checkout, and be sure to use the recipient’s mailing address as the shipping address.

There’s an issue with my payment and/or transaction. What can I do?

Spoken Bride processes transactions through third party services. Claims, concerns, complaints or questions regarding third-party services should be directed to the third party.

How do I make a return?

Given the nature of instant downloads, digital product sales are final and non-returnable.

I changed my mind on a purchase. How can I cancel the order or return it?

If you’ve changed your mind, you may send your item(s) back to us at Spoken Bride, PO BOX 972, Rockville, MD 20848, USA. We will issue you store credit.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at shop@spokenbride.com and we’ll work to correct the error. Shipping may be slightly delayed as the matter is resolved.

Do you ever offer coupons or sales?

Can I share my digital download with family and friends?

To help keep our current and future costs manageable--value we’re able to pass on to you, our customers--and in keeping with the Spoken Bride Shop Terms of Service--digital downloads are reserved for personal use only.

How do I download my digital ceremony program?

Your program will be delivered via email, along with an instruction guide and print release. Your program can be edited and customized using a free download of the latest version of Adobe Acrobat.

Can I change the fonts in my program?

The fonts used in our wedding programs are pre-set as part of their design. Spoken Bride wedding programs offer two font options, chosen to complement a range of styles.

Why can’t I include the text of my wedding readings in my program?

For consistency in design and to offer you the greatest ease of formatting and printing, our programs offer space for the book and verses of your readings, along with an optional section to write the context or story behind the readings of your choice, though not space for the full text of the reading.

Can I buy a bulk order of any products?

Absolutely! Apparel, totes, prints, and planning resources are ideal for marriage ministry events, wedding party gifts, or client gifts. Please contact us at shop@spokenbride.com with your request.

Privacy Policy

Spoken Bride is committed to protecting your privacy and does not share, trade, sell or allow access of your personal or financial information to any third parties. We reserve the right to disclose information about general subscriber usage of our website and any related services, including information gathered during your use of our website. Any information disclosed is in the form of aggregate data accumulated through Google Analytics that does not depict, describe or identify any individual user. If requested, we also reserve the right to not disclose analytic and data information to individuals.
