Cori Nations Photography
/From drawing to photography, Cori Nations can’t remember a time when her attention wasn’t drawn into the details and fine points of visual arts. It wasn’t until marriage and adulthood that she first saved up for a camera and began her photography education in earnest.
Now, as a homeschooling mother of six who is proud to support her family through her business, Cori brings over a decade of professional photography experience to her clients, specializing in photographing every stage of their vocations--from marriages to family portraits, baptisms, First Holy Communions, and religious professions. She strives to offer a reverent, stress-free, and fun experience for each client, holding them in prayer and knowing every person leaves a legacy by living out their vocation.
From Cori:
I want the world to see the tiny details which [God] has made for us all to enjoy, but sometimes pass over. I want the people I photograph to know they are made in his image and how absolutely true and beautiful that is. The couples that I work with are prayed for from the moment they contact me, and for years to come. There are prayers said before and after each session or wedding. I often lean onto the intercession of St. Veronica, The Immaculate heart of Mary, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
I have traveled to Europe, and throughout the United States. But the most favorite place I have ever traveled is down the aisle from the hands of my dad to the hands of my future husband. We have been married going on 18 years, and it is a trip worth taking over and over again.
