/Michael Ursua first picked up a camera for a high school photojournalism class and fell in love with the art of photography.
As his skill and knowledge grew, friends asked Michael to shoot video for their wedding. “I had never done a wedding video before,” says Michael, “but they placed their trust in me to capture their special day. After filming and editing I fell in love with the creative freedom I had with video compared to photography.”
As the jobs began rolling in, Michael made the choice to pursue videography full-time. Trifecta was established in 2018, with Michael’s fianceé Sarah Truetken (they met in their youth as altar servers at the same parish!) joining him as a business partner.

Our Catholic faith has been centric in our life for as long as we can remember. Attending daily Masses and always striving to deepen our faith are incredible ways to grow as a couple. This brings us closer together in our personal lives as well as in our career. We also run a Catholic Production Company called Saint, which produces content and apparel for Catholic youth.
We love working with clients who love and respect the Mass as much as us. Love means being someone at their worst and growing together. Never turning your backs on each other. Wanting the best for each other.
